How It Works
On notification of a loss event (typically directly from your central alarm station), we respond immediately, even while emergency responders are still onsite.
We photo-document relevant exposures: interior and exterior views that encompass entry/exit points, obvious pathways, visible damage to property and inventory, storage areas, burglary or vandalism tools, and any area where intrusion was indicated by detection systems. Digital image collection is usually completed within two hours, and before you open for business. If pre-arranged, we can securely store your keys for use in an emergency.
We optimize, sort and store images onto separate storage media which is submitted directly to you or your designated investigative representative, (electronic backup copies are retained for one year).
